Call the CenterPoint Access Line at 1-888-581-9988.
A representative there will ask questions about your needs and refer you to agencies that can assist you. If you have already chosen NuDay as your service provider, tell this to the CenterPoint representative and they will schedule an initial screening appointment with us. You can also call the NuDay office directly at 336-831-2788 and we can take the referral information and start the process.
